These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website welltechnologies.net (the «Site»), operated by Well Technologies LLC («Well Technologies», «we»). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you don’t agree, do not use the Site.

1. About these terms

These terms apply exclusively to public use of the Site and the information we publish here. The products and services we provide to clients (ISP-CORE, WellTech Bot, PSFE DGII, custom software, operated hosting) are governed by individual contracts signed with each client, which prevail over these general terms.

2. Published information

The information on the Site is published for informational purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date, we don’t guarantee it is free of errors. Operational figures (active customers, uptime, etc.) are approximate at the time of publication.

3. Acceptable use

By using the Site you agree not to:

  • Attempt to access non-public parts, compromise security, or overload the service.
  • Reverse engineer, mass scrape, or perform automated data collection without authorization.
  • Use the Site for illegal purposes or to violate third-party rights.
  • Impersonate another person or organization when contacting us.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, its code, design, content, and trademarks are property of Well Technologies LLC or used under license. Third-party trademarks mentioned (Next.js, MikroTik, Twilio, Claude, etc.) belong to their respective owners. No license over these elements is granted by mere use of the Site.

Client logos or names appearing in case studies are published with their express authorization. If you own a trademark appearing on the Site and believe its use is not authorized, please write to us.

5. Links to third-party sites

The Site may contain links to external services (for example, ispcore.app, notesaide.com, social networks). Those sites have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. No warranties

The Site is provided «as is», without express or implied warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Site is always available, error-free, or virus-free, nor that any result obtained from the information herein is accurate or reliable for your specific purposes.

7. Limitation of liability
