This Privacy Policy describes how Well Technologies LLC («Well Technologies», «we») collects, uses, and protects personal information we obtain through welltechnologies.net and the services we provide.

Well Technologies LLC is a software development company registered in the state of New Jersey, USA. We operate our own products (ISP-CORE, WellTech Bot, PSFE DGII, among others) and provide custom software, operated hosting, and DevOps services.

2. What information we collect

We collect the following personal data when you interact with us:

  • Contact form data: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), project type, and message.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited — collected through standard server logs for security and diagnostic purposes.
  • Communications: if you write to us by email, WhatsApp, or phone, we keep the history of that conversation for follow-up.

We do not use advertising tracking cookies and do not profile visitors for commercial purposes.

3. How we use your information

  • Respond to your requests and send you service proposals.
  • Coordinate meetings, deliveries, or support when you are already a client.
  • Comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
  • Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or site attacks.
  • Improve our products and the website experience.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

We share data only with providers we need to operate:

  • Resend — to send the emails generated from the contact form.
  • Hosting provider — to host the site and applications (VPS servers under our administration).
  • Competent authorities — only when a valid legal obligation exists (for example, a court order).

5. Data retention

We retain contact-form and communications data while it is needed to manage our relationship with you, and then for the time the law requires us for tax and accounting purposes. If we never end up working with you, we delete the form data within 24 months at most.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your data, except for legal obligations to the contrary.
  • Object to processing or withdraw your consent at any time.

Our services are aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not intentionally collect personal data from children under 13.

9. International transfers

We operate from the United States and the Dominican Republic. If you contact us from another country, your information may be processed in these countries under our own protection measures.
