About Well Technologies
Before it was a service, it was a need.
We operate an ISP in the Dominican Republic. To sustain it we built the software we offer today. Every product and every service comes from something already in production for us.
How we started
Well Technologies LLC was founded in New Jersey, USA, by Wellingthon Perez. Before incorporating, we were already operating WELLNET ISP in the Dominican Republic — an Internet provider with thousands of customers, our own infrastructure built on MikroTik and WireGuard.
To sustain WELLNET we needed software that didn't exist at a reasonable price: automated billing, multi-tenant panel, integration with the Dominican DGII for e-CF, captive portal for late-paying customers, real-time router monitoring. We built it. That became ISP-CORE, the multi-tenant SaaS we offer to other ISPs today.
Then came WellTech Bot Platform (WhatsApp + AI for businesses), Notes Aide (our own AI product), integrations for external clients in the US and LATAM, and our own DGII-certified PSFE provider for issuing e-CF without depending on third parties.
That same architecture, same stack and same team is what we offer to clients in the US and LATAM. We don't sell promises — we sell software that's already in production.
