Real multi-tenant
Each client gets their own bot, Twilio credentials, and API key (`isk_live_…`). No mixing data between tenants, no shared "playground".
Native Twilio
Direct Twilio connection (sandbox for testing or production number). We return TwiML — no flaky intermediate webhooks.
n8n orchestration
Every flow (reply, schedule, collect, escalate) lives in n8n. You can inspect, edit, and version it. No hidden "magic" in code.
Per-tenant LLM
Default: Claude Haiku (fast and cheap, ~$0.0015 per message). If your case demands more reasoning, we upgrade to Sonnet. You decide — no billing surprises.
Visible logs and metrics
Every conversation records tokens, cost, and latency. You know what each customer interaction costs — it’s not a black box.
