What we solve

Our `dgii-direct` provider is DGII certified and has been issuing e-CF in production since May 2026. Not a promise — a service operating today.
No third-party custody
Your digital certificate never leaves your infrastructure. We sign via a dedicated sidecar you control — you don’t hand over your private key to anyone.
Supported e-CF types
E31 (fiscal credit invoice), E32 (electronic consumption, synchronous RFCE), and other common types. If your case needs a new one, we add it.
Retries and idempotency
If DGII is slow, fails, or returns "conditional accepted", our engine retries and reconciles without duplicating documents. Full logs for auditing.
Fast integration
Documented REST client. If your system already issues invoices, we connect in days, not months. The DGII complexity stays on our side.
ISP-CORE compatible
If you use ISP-CORE, e-CF comes built-in. If you use another ERP/biller, we provide the API and a step-by-step integration guide.

What happens with my digital certificate?
It stays in your infrastructure. We sign via a sidecar running next to your service — the private key never travels to our VPS or any third party.
How long does the integration take?
If your system already issues internal invoices, we’re talking days, not months. We provide a REST endpoint, examples, and direct support during onboarding.
What happens if DGII is down?
The engine retries with backoff and reconciles automatically. If an invoice ends up "CONDITIONAL ACCEPTED" or pending, you see its real status in your panel — no duplicates on retry.
What if I already use ISP-CORE?
You already have e-CF included. No need to contract a separate PSFE — we enable issuance from your ISP-CORE panel.
